Based near Auckland Airport, you will play an important role by being responsible for all client billing matters within the Manufacturing Warehousing and Distribution business.

You will be strong in interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure you have all the required information and have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and tracking skills.ResponsibilitiesBilling administrationInvoicing, reporting and reconciliationsSupporting facilities and management administration duties including contractor managementBack up for the wider team 3PL administration duties.What We're Looking ForExperience : 2+ years' experience in accounts payable and receivable, ideally within a logistics, freight forwarding, or industrial environmentSkills : Strong Excel skills including V-Lookup, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent time management and problem-solving skills are essentialQualifications : Minimum of NZQA completionKnowledge : knowledge of freight industry is desirable.Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the business and external stakeholders.Ready to Apply?
