Automation Tester

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Automation Tester to join our Customer 360 tima (team).

This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington and is a permanent, full time position.

We operate in a hybrid environment, you would have three days in the office per week, and two days where you can work flexibly.

• to day tasks the person in this Technical Expertise : Create automation test framework, prepare the automation test scripts, and execute and maintain them.This role will give the person an opportunity to work on applications that support front line staff to meet target sales.

They will lead the automation testing capability for the team and have complete autonomy on how we can increase efficiencies / accuracies and cost-effectiveness.

They will also provide and contribute to the wider automation testing capability within the organisation.

We will be reviewing applications as they are received therefore may close advertising earlySuccess for this role will extend beyond simply building out automating test cases and suites, it will result in more a more efficient, reliable, and higher-quality software development lifecycle for the whole team.

It will require the person to be a team player to achieve this with the ability to also mentor and grow others.

They will also build relationships with other automation tester peers to build the test capability.

You will also bring : 3+ Years proven experience designing and creating automation frameworks using Playwright, JS / TypeScript, CI / CD, AWS, Bitbucket, git, Confluence, Jira, and Jenkins.Strong Java skills in automation testing experience with Java microservicesStrong experience in test automation framework, especially for API testing (Rest Assured, postman).
