Job description? Supervise and support staff during your shift, ensuring high performance and professional ? Train staff on correct sales procedures and ensure product knowledge is up to standard ? Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards ? Promptly resolve any customer complaints related to products or service ? Monitor stock levels and prepare order lists as required ? Analyse sales data and maintain accurate records of financial transactions (cash, cheque, ? Contribute to purchasing and marketing strategies ? Set seasonal pricing in alignment with store goals ? Drive store profitability by achieving and exceeding sales targets ? Open and close the store independently, managing day-to-day operations ? Manage store security, including cash handling, keys, alarms, and stock ? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers ? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations ? Regularly communicate with senior management regarding store performance, challenges, ? A minimum of NZQA Level 2 qualification or 6 months of relevant experience ? A current Liquor Controller Qualification ? Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed ? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ? A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently – $ per hour
