Our business is growing and we have the opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team based in Kaikohe.
You will be required to provide a high level of clinical support to the clients and team of Te Hau Ora O Ngapuhi, including :
Use evidence based practice with a wellness focus to assess, plan, implement and evaluate a holistic plan of care using the principals of kaupapa Maori while partnering with the client and health care team, to address health inequalities.
Provide clinical peer review.
Ordering of clinical stores for mobile outreach.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following :
Registered nurse with current practicing certificate
Independent, Authorised vaccinator certificate.
(Qualified vaccinator across the lifespan).
Full, clean and current driver licence.
Strong computer literacy; familiar with MedTech and / or Indici.

Based in the main centre of Kaikohe, Te Hau Ora O Ngapuhi, also known as THOON, is charged with leading the hauora strategy for Ngapuhi, serving whanau, hapu and hapori living within Te Whare Tapu O Ngapuhi, from pepi to kuia and kaumatua, whether Maori or non-Maori.
