This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who’s looking for a challenge and eager to upskill. You’ll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment team and Electoral Commission managers recruiting for the 2026 General Election.
• Provide administrative support including recruitment, reference checking, onboarding and systems support.
• Coordinate and support applicants.

Salary

This is a Grade 13 role, with a salary band of $61,550-$68,390 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
