Job descriptionTranslate strategy into clear delivery plans. Help design and refine member-facing propositions and integrations. Use behavioural data and feedback to shape user journeys. Coordinate delivery across squads, stakeholders, and vendors. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions. Support research, test‑and‑learn activity, and documentation. Mentor other BAs and contribute to the BA community of practice. 5+ years as a Senior BA in agile, product‑led environments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking; comfortable with ambiguity. Experience with solution analysis, roadmaps, and complex delivery. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to influence at all levels and work with external vendors. A growth mindset and passion for improving user outcomes.

This is a newly created Senior Business Analyst opportunity to join a product development team focused on delivering personalised, data-driven digital experiences for members.
In this role, you’ll help shape new propositions, support pilots and MVPs, and work across product, design, clinical, legal, and vendor teams to bring meaningful digital solutions to life.
