About the Role
The Senior Analyst plays a key role in the Performance, Monitoring, and Reporting team, providing analytical expertise to evaluate and report on the Hauora Māori Service's performance. They lead or support outcomes analysis, operationalise analytics in collaboration with Principal and Senior Advisors, and generate insights that inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery. The role also involves close collaboration with Principal Analysts and Advisors to ensure robust performance monitoring and reporting across the service.

About you
You bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, or evaluating health outcomes. You're confident working in collaborative environments and skilled at interpreting and communicating complex data to diverse audiences. You also have a solid understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application within the health sector.
