In this role, you’ll drive the transformation of SP&C reporting and people analytics, including health, safety and wellbeing insights. You’ll move us from traditional reporting to a modern, transparent and insight-rich model through data visualisation and storytelling. Your blend of HR expertise and advanced analytical skills will help shape workforce planning, equity reviews and ongoing improvement.

Key responsibilities of this role include :

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytic tools that enable business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of remuneration strategies, frameworks and policies that support business needs.
  • Manage the annual remuneration and performance review cycle, ensuring system configuration, data integrity, and clear reporting.
  • Translate complex data into compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Drive enhancements in people analytics capability, including future-focused predictive and prescriptive modelling.
  • Support system and process improvement projects that drive greater efficiency and optimisation.
  • Lead key work programmes including Career & Pay Progression frameworks, gender pay / pay equity reviews, critical risk management insights, and benchmarking exercises.
  • Prepare executive-level papers and recommendations related to remuneration and workforce analytics.

You will be an analytical thinker who enjoys translating data into practical insights. With experience across people analytics you understand HR processes, reporting systems and workforce data. You will be curious, detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve tools, reporting, and decision-making.

Skills And Experience

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years’ experience in people analytics, or health and safety reporting, ideally with remuneration experience gained in a commercial environment.

You will also bring :

  • A passion for diving into data, uncovering trends, and delivering high-impact insights that inform decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exposure to a range of remuneration models and pay systems.
  • Operational experience with HRIS and HSW systems, dataflows, and integrations.
  • The ability to think conceptually and tell the story behind the data.
  • Willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to compensation, analytics, and insights.
