Overview

Shape production performance and lead process improvement in a key operations role.

What you will do

Lead a small lab and process team, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs and enhance quality
Provide diagnostic, technical and chemical engineering support across operations
Manage and deliver projects that support continuous improvement and innovation

What we are looking for

Degree-qualified chemical / process engineer with industry experience

Strong project management and continuous improvement track record

Confident communicator with leadership potential or proven leadership experience

Ability to hold your own in technical discussions and influence across teams
