Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Support daily store operations by assisting customers' needs.

Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Champion Customer Service : Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.

Ensure Store Accuracy : Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.

Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation : Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.

Support Daily Operations : Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.

Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
