We are looking for a warm, welcoming and professional superstar administrator to join our team at House of Wonder Chartwell. Our centre admin will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships within our centre community. You will provide a high level of support to the Centre Manager through effective management of administration systems and clear, friendly communication with whānau and external organisations.

This is a part time role offering 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are warm, friendly and welcoming, with outstanding customer service skills and a natural way with people from diverse backgrounds. You are tech savvy with strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, and bring exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management. You can juggle priorities, solve problems calmly, and are happy to pitch in and support others when needed. Experience with childcare management systems, WINZ funding, accounts or invoicing is an advantage, but not essential for the right person with the right attitude.
