We are seeking a highly effective and experienced classroom teacher to join our school in the senior area (Y4–6) in 2026.

The successful applicant will be a relational teacher who values strong connections with ākonga, whānau, and colleagues, and who brings a deep understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.
This position is suitable for experienced teachers only. We are looking for someone who has recent successful experience teaching Phase Two learners.
Our school uses Maths No Problem and BSLA structured programmes, and ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in both of these programmes.
Relationships are highly valued by us, and we seek someone who is strongly dedicated to fostering and sustaining positive connections within the school community. We also want someone who is reflective, collaborative, and who maintains a professional approach to teaching and learning.
Experience working with English language learners and their families, along with strengths in music and te reo, would be advantageous.
