Site Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced foreman or Site Manager with 5 years' experience ideally with some apartment / commercial experience.

Start will be prior to Christmas.

Salary will be dependent based on experience to $135K.

Qualifications

5 years' experience as a foreman or Site Manager, ideally with apartment / commercial experience

Previous NZ or AUS site management experience

Proven multi storey commercial construction experience

Able to read drawings

Solid IT skills

Proven planning & program management experience

Hold a full and clean NZ Driver Licence

Personal / Requirements

Someone that is driven and motivated

Team orientated

Leadership of Health and Safety
