Responsibilities
- Supporting workshop and retail customers with efficient parts supply
- Using OEM systems (e.g., EPC, Info media, DMS) to identify, order, and sell parts accurately
- Managing stock levels, special orders, and logistics
- Building relationships with technicians and trade customers
- Providing top-tier after-sales service
