Our award winning 12-month Graduate Program is focused on preparing future leaders, technical specialists, and industry experts of Fujitsu.

At the start of the Program, you will be assigned a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions.

There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees that can assist you in strengthening and expanding your professional network.

What will you be doing

We are looking for Graduates with a background or degree related to IT, Computer Science and / or Programming.

We have a variety of roles available related to these degrees where you will develop technical skills / competencies and gain exposure to the corresponding business area.

SAP Graduate

Data & AI Graduate

Cyber Security Graduate

Business Analyst Graduate

Project Management Graduate

Hosting & Cloud, Technical Services Engineer Graduate

Associate Software Developer Graduate

Application Process :

We've listened to you!

We are listening to candidate feedback and industry best practice by simplifying the application process for our Graduate Program.

This year, we won't be asking you to complete video interviews and attend assessment centres.

Recruitment Process :

Step One : Online Application

This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences.

To avoid delays, don't leave your application until the last minute!

Step Two : Aptitude Testing

You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.

Step Three : Panel Interview

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group of managers.

A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.

Step Four : Final Interview

You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role.

The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in the role and Fujitsu.
