We have an opportunity for aCustomer Service super star, based at ourChristchurch office in Hornby.
We like our customers to feel like they're number one and top of our list of priorities and to do that, we need an efficient, technically minded, outgoing and confident Customer Services person.
This is where You come in!
Looking after our customers is the priority of this role and will see you handling enquiries, taking and processing orders, answering emails and liaising with our customers mainly over the phone. It's avaried role and needs someone who is confident dealing with a wide variety of people and has the ability to build strong working relationships.
So who are you?
Whilst previous experience in customer services is important to us - so too is your ability to build a rapport with a wide range of personalities. You're outgoing with a good sense of humour and are highly customer focused. A confident communicator you are also are competent and accurate when it comes to data / order entry and thrive in a busy role.
Previous work experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, as is your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
