We Grow Together, We Keep Things Simple, We Get Stuff DoneAbout the RoleWe are looking to appoint a 3PM and Supply Quality Manager to Join our National Quality Team to support Goodman Fielder's commitment to food safety and quality.This role will involve working closely with our suppliers that supply our manufacturing sites as well as our 3rd Party Manufacturers who work hard to create our brandsIn order to achieve this, your key responsibilities will include :
Maintain good relationships with ingredient suppliers and be the first point of contact for all safety and quality concerns.Completing audits against the GFNZ standards and ensuring findings are resolved with strong CAPA'sCommunicate complaints and work closely with the supplier / 3PM to ensure a through investigation is completed and actions to prevent recurrence are in place.Checking ingredient supplier paperwork and system set upAbout YouIn order to make this role a success, we are looking for someone who is a good communicator and can adapt to different personalitiesA diverse range of experience spanning Dairy as well as Daily Fresh would be ideal.Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include :Experience in a Food Safety or Quality role with a solid understanding of Food Quality principles including GSFI standardsDegree qualified in Science / Food Technology is idealFood Safety and / or Quality qualifications would be beneficial (HACCP, TACCP&VACCP, Auditing etc)What we can offerYou will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development.At Goodman Fielder, we aim to be a destination employer in the food industry where we don't just offer jobs - we offer long-term careers.
