Responsibilities

• Assist the service team with estimations for repair.
• Request parts required for repair orders to the parts department.
• Assist the service team with the evaluation and documentation requirements for OEM warranty claims.
• Provide advice and timely follow‑up of customer queries to the service team.

Qualifications & Requirements

You must be confident and capable in engineering practices with past proven experience working with small engines. You will have experience working on outdoor equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, lawnmowers, generators and have experience with or an interest in learning about motorcycles and / or power watercraft.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant National Qualification in Outdoor Power Equipment or equivalent and a class 6 endorsement is advantageous.

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position. Hours are Monday – Friday 8 : 00 - 5 : 30 with some rostered Saturday work (9 : 00am – 12 : 00pm) during peak season.
