Role Overview

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an empathetic, motivated Sales Representative (contractor) to help us share our products with more people across Aotearoa. You’ll represent UpWell Labs at local activation events, community markets, and through your own network and initiatives, introducing customers and retailers to our range and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients (by phone, email, social, or in person).
• Book and run sales meetings.
• Close new wholesale and retail clients.
• Attend community activation events and markets (optional but encouraged).
• Track your results using our simple CRM tools.

Full product and brand training is provided.

Important Details

This is a commission‑only contractor role – not an employed or hourly position. Invoices will be paid fortnightly, post client payment, and tax management on your behalf by agreement.
