Opportunities to advance your career Employee discounts on parts & servicing Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will assist with managing the warehouse and parts inventory to increase efficiency.

This is a busy role with loads of variety; you will work with technicians and assist with their parts requirements, as well as coordinate retail and trade requests.

You will also spend a fair amount of time organising parts collections and deliveries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual looking to build their career within the automotive industry.

You must be highly organised, well-presented, good at multitasking and confident in liaising with different departments.

Accurate ordering of parts, maintaining stock levels Provide a high level of customer service Establish long-lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers Picking parts for customer orders and checking the availability of stock Follow through on all customer enquiries - Phone, email and in person Quoting, invoicing and taking payments Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) Carry out duties to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner Skills / Requirements : Automotive knowledge and experience Minimum 2 years experience in a Parts Advisor role Be comfortable lifting / moving some heavy objects Excellent attention to detail A full NZ driver's license Right to work in NZ - We are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand Armstrong's proudly represents 20 dealerships with 20 top international brands across NZ.
