It is rewarding when you are part of the support that enables a person to live their best lives in the community.Candidate Pre-RequisitesA supportive mindset to help our Service Users achieve their goals for independent living in the communityIdeally prior personal care experience is preferredFamiliarity with complex medical conditions, like spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuryA Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification is beneficial and those looking to enter the healthcare sector will also be considered (comprehensive training can be provided)Access to your own car and ability to drive Independently (a Full New Zealand Driver's License is a must)Flexibility to work on a rotating rosterLegal right to work in New Zealand is a mustEmployment Type and BenefitsEmployment Type : Permanent Part-Time.
