Accounts Executive - Temp / Maternity Cover (start Dec '25 / Jan '26)
Prepare full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, bookkeeping
Prepare cost & revenue allocations to respective categories
Prepare and send tax invoices, credit notes, etc.
Prepare bank payments, including cross-border foreign currency payments
Monitor & Reconcile AR / AP, including bank transactions, collections & payments
Closing, preparation & filing of GST, financial reports and annual returns
Monitor and manage cash flow, budget, and corporate tax matters
Liaise with customers and coordinate with management & operations team
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
CAT, ACCA, LCCI, or Diploma, Degree qualification in accounting discipline
Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping and accounting experience
Tech-savvy & experience in using accounting software like Xero, and banking & payment platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel and ACRA XBRL accounting format
Excellent communication skills & positive attitude
