• Assist clients and their whanau
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers
• Understand interventions and rehabilitation plans to help older people and those with complex disabilities regain independence and remain in their own homes longer
• Focus on rehabilitation and working towards patients' goals, while working closely with their families

About you

• New Zealand Enrolled Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate
• Nursing experience including stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly, and other neurological conditions
• Strong understanding of optimising patient outcomes
• Ability to facilitate effective rehabilitation
• Patient-centred and evidence-based approach

Salary range

This role belongs to the expired NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($69,934 p.a.) and Step 5 ($83,349 p.a. pro rata) of the EN scale.
