About The Role

Based at Milldale , this fast paced, challenging role will allow you to showcase your commercial construction management experience and further develop these skills on this $100m development. Reporting to the Commercial Site Manager you will be instrumental in the on-going construction of the multi-level main building featuring a swimming pool and a memory care wing.

This position is fixed term for 9 months.

About You

  • Lead and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.
  • Manage deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues and drive improvements.

You'll Also Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction plans and drawings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage safety hazards and site compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Projects is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications preferred, but extensive experience will be considered.
