The Role

We\'re seeking a proactive and self-sufficient IT professional to join this IT Service team. This role is a blend of process improvement and operational support.

You'll be responsible for providing Level 2 / 3 technical support for the enterprise network, infrastructure, and a wide range of end-user technologies, including collaboration tools, applications, and hardware.

Beyond daily support, we need a strategic problem-solver who can take full ownership of complex projects from start to finish. You\'ll be a key player in shaping workplace technology, developing robust solutions, and leading initiatives.

Excellent customer service and a willingness to provide occasional on-call support are essential.

You\'ll Bring

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on autonomy with a proven track record of successfully delivering EUC-related projects. Your ability to think critically, communicate persuasively, and deliver high-quality work is paramount.

• Experience in a wide range of EUC technologies and supporting large, complex environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.
• Strong SCCM / MECM and Intune expertise (including Policy and Group Policy).
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Exchange Online, Teams Admin, M365.
• Experience with Application Packaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of Identity management solutions (Active Directory, AzureAD).
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Ability to support and guide on a wide range of EUC technologies.
