Court Registry Support Officer | Permanent Full-time
The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Court Registry Support Officer to join our team in the Wellington District Court.
This is a pivotal role that supports the day-to-day operations of the court by administering functions and providing customer service to lawyers, judges, the public, and court staff.
Te Haeata / The Opportunity
As a Court Registry Support Officer you will support Judges and Court Registry Officers both in and out of the courtroom, introduce Judges / Judicial officers into court (in both English and Te Reo Maori), support the jury service function and provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning and filing.
O Pukenga / Skills And Experience
Proven customer service experience and ability to multi-task, be confident and adaptable.
Experience in court or legal support is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to use Te Reo Maori is desirable.
Data entry and case file management skills.

Utu a-tau / Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $55,343 to $74,416.
Salary will be based on skills and experience and may exceed the band for exceptional candidates.
