ResponsibilitiesConceptualizes concept and schematic designsExecute feasibility studies and presents design proposalsPreparation of tender documentation, schedules and specificationsLiaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clientsLiaises and coordinates with consultants and contractorsEnsures design quality and authority complianceRequirementsDegree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, SingaporeMinimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in transport and infrastructure projectsGood knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practicesConversant with local codes & regulationsCompetency in authority requirements and submission proceduresAbility to lead a teamGood leadership and communication skill
