As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide operational recruitment guidance, advice, and support to people leaders. You will be responsible for delivering candidate-centric recruitment services, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will support junior team members and lead portfolio-specific projects and recruitment events.

In the recruitment space we are focusing on national and local strategies that will change our game in candidate attraction, branding and process improvement and we need innovative recruiters to help deliver that promise! You'll have autonomy to run your portfolio but have fantastic support from a strong team, who laugh a lot, but also relish in the challenge of finding & hiring great health professionals for our front-line services - rewarding job purpose and satisfaction in one!
This is a 12 month fixed term role, based at either Palmerston North Hospital or Whanganui hospital. The role will primarily manage recruitment of Whanganui vacancies so there will be travel involved if you are based in Palmerston North.
