Overview

Account Executive role at Circana. You will join a team focused on delivering client outcomes and managing relationships within the FMCG industry.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a group of small to medium-sized clients within the FMCG industry. Acting as their first point of contact, you will manage day-to-day client engagement by building and maintaining effective relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for clients, and managing their wide-ranging queries
  • Providing support with developing and executing client account plans that focus on delivering commercial outcomes for Circana
  • Managing client contract renewals and looking for opportunities to upsell and introduce other Circana solutions
  • Overseeing data related requests (databases, data access permissions and reports) and ensuring that they are delivered on time and accurately
  • Training clients on how to use Circana’s proprietary software
  • Providing support with data analysis and insights, when required

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management, sales, or a similar field (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities
  • Passion for software and data technologies, with a technical mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and innovations in the field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
