Overview
Account Executive role at Circana. You will join a team focused on delivering client outcomes and managing relationships within the FMCG industry.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a group of small to medium-sized clients within the FMCG industry. Acting as their first point of contact, you will manage day-to-day client engagement by building and maintaining effective relationships.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for clients, and managing their wide-ranging queries
- Providing support with developing and executing client account plans that focus on delivering commercial outcomes for Circana
- Managing client contract renewals and looking for opportunities to upsell and introduce other Circana solutions
- Overseeing data related requests (databases, data access permissions and reports) and ensuring that they are delivered on time and accurately
- Training clients on how to use Circana’s proprietary software
- Providing support with data analysis and insights, when required
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management, sales, or a similar field (FMCG experience is a plus)Strong communication and presentation skillsProven ability to build and maintain effective client relationshipsCommercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesEffective planning and prioritisation skillsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilitiesPassion for software and data technologies, with a technical mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and innovations in the fieldAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCircana Behaviours
