Relief Chef Manager Opportunity
Our Southern Summerset team are looking for an experienced Relief Chef Manager passionate about delivering exceptional quality food while providing strong leadership and support to our kitchen teams. In this role you will cover leave and vacancies at any of our kitchens (predominately the South Island). It's a great opportunity to work with different teams and share best practice.
About the role
The role will see you in charge of providing strong, sound management of our kitchens. Ideally, you will have experience working with people from all walks of life, providing excellent customer service and delivering high quality meals. You will have detailed knowledge of Food Control Plans and Food Safety Standards as well as proven ability to manage food budgets and rosters. This role is a rewarding career move into one of New Zealand's leading retirement organisations.
