How you’ll make a difference

Hands on, yet strategic : As Programme Delivery Lead, you’ll bring AGMARDT’s strategy to life. This role is pivotal and blends hands‑on delivery with strategic influence, turning ambitious goals into achievable action.

Deliver Programmes that Shape the Future : You’ll manage the delivery of complex programmes, support the implementation of our investment strategy, and translate ideas into impact. Working closely with the General Manager and the Māori Agribusiness and Finance, Operations and Governance Leads, you’ll coordinate initiatives, engage with grantees, measure impact, and support AGMARDT’s transformation goals and share its story through meaningful communications.

You’ll bring :

• Proven experience in programme or project delivery at a strategic level
• Strength in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building
• An analytical mindset with curiosity for impact measurement and performance insights
• A background in or passion for New Zealand’s food and fibre sector
• A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach—you enjoy working remotely but never in isolation
