About The Role

As a Mentor, you’ll play an important role in guiding individuals through personal and professional growth journeys. You’ll leverage structured programs, tools, and mentorship to inspire change and help people unlock their full potential. This is a remote role, supported by training and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate personal development programs
Build supportive, authentic relationships with clients
Guide individuals through structured growth processes and tools
Deliver sessions and resources via digital platforms
Contribute to a collaborative, values-driven global team

About You

Passionate about personal growth and helping others succeed

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Organised, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously

Experienced in administration, training, coaching, HR or client support (transferable skills welcome)

Open to learning and professional development
