We're looking for a Man Up (Stock Picker) Driver to join our team and keep the engine room of retail moving this peak season.At The Warehouse Group (TWG), we're proud to be home to some of New Zealand's most iconic brands – The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming.

Our Distribution Centre is one of the largest in the country, and during peak season, it's all systems go.

We're expanding our DC whanau to meet demand – and that's where you come in.Job DescriptionAs a Man Up driver, you'll be operating MHE at heights to pick and replenish stock accurately and safely.This role is perfect for someone who is confident working at heights, operates with precision, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.What you'll be doing : Operating Man Up (stock picker) and other MHE to pick and replenish stock at heightPlacing, storing, and retrieving stock from racking zonesUsing RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracyReplenishing pick faces to keep orders flowingSupporting cycle counts and stock integrity checksWorking collaboratively across teams to meet daily targetsFollowing all health, safety, and warehouse proceduresThis is a fixed term position until the mid January 2025.Monday – Friday 2 : 00pm – 10 : 30pm$30.28 / hrPlease note : This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2026.

As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).

QualificationsCurrent MHE licence – Man Up / Stock Picker essentialCurrent Working at Heights licence (essential)Confident operating at heights in a warehouse or DC environmentExcellent attention to detail and strong safety focusAbility to work at pace while keeping accuracy highPhysically fit and comfortable with repetitive movementClear communicator with a proactive, can-do attitudePrior warehouse or DC experienceTo be considered for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.Additional InformationWhy Join Us?
