OverviewGraymont, a global leader in lime and limestone solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven Lead HSE Specialist based in Otorohanga and other New Zealand sites.

This is a site-based HSE leadership role to drive improved performance, implement Graymont's health, safety, and environmental requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and implement HSE initiatives for continuous improvementEmpower teams through training, auditing, and risk managementServe as the site HSE expert for systems and process improvementsManage incident reporting (ICAM) and corrective actionsSupport injury management and return-to-work programsLiaise with regulatory and community stakeholdersAbility to work autonomously and influence others to achieve positive HSE outcomesQualificationsNational WHS and / or Environmental qualificationsComprehensive knowledge of regulations and safe practices5+ years\' proven experience in heavy industry, mining, or quarriesProficiency in ICAM-led investigations; auditing and training qualifications / experienceStrong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and influencing skillsAbout GraymontGraymont is a global leader in lime and limestone solutions.
