This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking global organisation in a newly created role. As Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving control system development — from sales and design through to commissioning, after-sales, and R&D innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software and automation projects (Vision, Data, Robotics) from concept to delivery, collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Define and document system architectures, design specifications, and functional developments.
• Develop, test, and commission advanced software solutions both remotely and onsite.
• Provide expert review, mentorship, and training within the control systems and R&D teams.
• Support technical sales, including client presentations and solution upselling.
• Contribute to product innovation, process improvements, and commercialization of new R&D initiatives.
• Deliver remote support as part of our 24 / 7 global service commitment.
