Catering Assistant - Ward Host

Duties will include cooking & serving patients' meals and beverages at ward level, ensuring that all equipment, crockery and cutlery are cleaned to high standards and food hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.

All temperatures will be recorded and maintained.

Responsibilities

Cooking and serving patients' meals and beverages at ward level.

Ensuring all equipment, crockery and cutlery are cleaned to high standards.

Maintaining food hygiene standards and recording temperatures.

Working various shift patterns including morning and evening rotas 7 days per week.

Providing exceptional customer service and working effectively as part of a team.

Previous catering experience.

Knowledge of food safety.

Experience of NHS.
