Join our Drivers' team at Millbrook Resort, as one of our Late Drivers, where genuine hospitality meets five-star luxury across 650 acres of stunning landscapes, from rolling fairways to peaceful streams.
As a Driver, you will be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet, helping set the tone for an exceptional stay.
From assisting with luggage and welcoming arrivals to sharing local tips and providing seamless transport around the resort or to Queenstown Airport, every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day.
What will your day look like?
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable welcome and farewell Driving guests around the resort and providing luxury airport transfers Welcoming guests at the airport and driving them to Millbrook Resort Sharing local knowledge and promoting resort and regional experiences Assisting with luggage, room deliveries, and in-room service support Supporting the Front Office team to deliver a smooth and personalized service - taking part in our Surprise and Delight initiatives to WOW our guests This is a dynamic, people-focused role perfect for someone who thrives on genuine connections, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys being on the move.

What makes you right for the role?
You have previous experience in a four or five-star hotel or resort environment and thrive on delivering exceptional guest service.
You are genuinely passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating memorable experiences.
You present yourself with professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth.
You have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the local area.
You are proactive, reliable, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
You are physically fit and comfortable with the hands-on aspects of the role, including manual handling.
You remain calm under pressure and adapt easily to changing situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
You are flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and a variety of shifts, including nights.
A full, clean driver's licence is essential, and a P-class endorsement is strongly preferred (we can support you to obtain it if needed).
