What you get to do in this role

• Engage confidently with executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and influence solution direction.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and align solutions through compelling demonstrations.
• Integrate assistive and agentic AI capabilities into solution design, including automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows that support and act on behalf of users.
• Serve as a technical and domain expert supporting product sales across assigned territories.
• Answer product and technical questions from customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with strategic customers to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver proposed solutions.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on enhancements that address customer needs and unlock additional value.
• Create reusable AI assets—prompts, scaffolds, and libraries—to accelerate future engagements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with peers to elevate team performance.
• Stay current on competitive analysis, market differentiation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to the unique needs of government customers, including compliance, security, and procurement processes.
