Permanent, part-time role (0.9 FTE)
Salary range $78,614 - $82,239 pro-rata per annum, depending on experience

About the role
As the Credentialling Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative coordination for the medical credentialling and scope of practice processes. This role is central to maintaining robust systems that ensure our SMOs meet professional standards and compliance requirements.
Working closely with senior clinicians, HR, and governance teams, you will :
coordinate and maintain the end-to-end credentialling and re-credentialling process for SMOs
prepare and manage documentation for credentialling committees and meetings
maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with national and organisational policies
liaise with medical staff, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of credentialling requirements
support process improvements and the implementation of digital credentialling systems.

About you
You're an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy, detail-focused environment. You bring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and professionalism to everything you do.
You'll also bring :
strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within a health or public sector environment
excellent communication and relationship management skills
a high attention to detail and accuracy in managing confidential information
proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
a proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
