Job Summary : In this position, you will provide customer service and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities include supporting the Sparex dealer network and retail customers by serving as the primary contact for all parts inquiries and conducting timely follow-ups with dealers and company personnel.

The role also involves performing administrative tasks according to established procedures, soliciting and processing dealer parts orders to achieve sales targets, managing e-commerce activities, and responding to related inquiries.

Your Impact Deliver excellent customer service by handling all inquiries professionally, responding quickly to calls and emails, and supporting counter, phone, and web orders.

Efficiently handle administrative tasks, process orders, and manage sales calls, technical inquiries, and referrals with accurate documentation.

Comply with all company policies, including health and safety regulations, and follow safe working practices.

Deliver strong customer relationship management, implement CRM strategies, and support marketing efforts.

Participate in training as agreed and help customers learn about the products and e-commerce site.

Your Experience and Qualifications We prefer candidates with strong customer service experience in similar industries or practical knowledge of hand tools or parts distribution.
