Job descriptionWork with a well-established and reputable dealership that is secure with long term stability Competitive salary ($30 to $40 per hour for top skills) and negotiable based on your experience and brand training Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment with career growth opportunities Access to the latest tools and technology Become part of a close-knit team that values teamwork and cooperation This is a permanent, full-time role offering a work week of at least 40 hours Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs on passenger vehicles Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicle models Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Perform warranty and recall repairs as per manufacturer guidelines Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and technical support Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently solve technical challenges Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used Trade qualification as a Light Automotive Technician (or equivalent) Previous experience working with a franchise dealership brand (preferred) Solid experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently within a team environment A valid driver's license Ability to work unsupervised Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Able to work to deadlines A genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on industry trends A focus on high standards of customer service
