Job Description
We’re in search of an experienced and culturally competent and skilled Mental Health Clinician, internally known as a Case Manager, to join Te Papa Manaaki | Campus Care, part of the Student and Scholarly Services division. Campus Care coordinates personal and wellbeing support for our students and directs them to appropriate resources and further assistance.
You will be part of a small, high-performing team committed to supporting students to overcome barriers to success and to navigate the University’s support systems with empathy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
This role is based on the City Campus.
Remuneration is $83,300 - $102,900 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be a registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with experience working with people who may be facing mild to severe mental health concerns.

About the team
Te Papa Manaaki | Campus Care coordinates personal and wellbeing support for students. It provides early and holistic support with the aim of preventing further escalation, reducing the burden on the student of accessing help, minimising duplication and gaps in service provision across support providers, and minimising the burden on academic and other non-support staff of assessment and referral requirements.
