About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Insights Specialist to lead the reporting and insights function within our Lending, Insurance & Investments Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring Westpac’s Lending portfolio by producing both regular and ad hoc reporting and insights for stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end execution and maintenance of Westpac’s Lending Portfolio BAU reporting suite, which includes preparing and submitting reports to various stakeholders. You will become a trusted expert and adviser on our products from a data perspective. As a business partner, you will add value by understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders; you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. A key part of your role will be to tell compelling data stories using visualisation tools such as Power BI, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality outputs. Your ability to communicate and explain insights to non-technical audiences will be essential to your success.
