We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Bridge Engineer to join our Tauranga bridging team. You will work within a high-performing team designing new structures and strengthening existing ones. Projects will be regional and national, providing opportunities for career growth alongside some of New Zealand’s best engineers. This role offers an excellent career path with the benefit of being located in our beautiful regions.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a close-knit team and collaborate across the wider organization.
• A motivated bridge designer eager to enhance project delivery with innovative concepts and methods.
• Experience with parametric design tools is preferred, with a willingness to develop and lead this aspect on projects.
• Aiming to achieve chartered engineer status within the next few years, with support provided for this goal.
