Build a new product function for a top NZ brand! Opportunity to have full ownership : from strategy and P&L to ad‑tech and sales enablement.
Why You’d Like It
If you’re a Marketing Product Manager who loves building things from scratch, this one’s for you. You won’t just be inheriting a roadmap; you’ll be defining the entire product management practice for a crucial, revenue‑driving part of the business. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a product suite’s strategy, P&L, and commercial success, all within one of the country's most recognised premium brands.
The Story
This leading brand has a highly successful suite of marketing products that its network offers. They are now making a major investment in their data and technology and are ready to shift from a traditional marketing approach to a true, outcome‑driven product function. They need a commercial and technical product leader to own this transformation from end‑to‑end.
Company Profile
We're working with a household name in New Zealand's property sector. They’ve built a reputation for excellence but maintain a down‑to‑earth and fun culture where communication is open and ideas are welcome. They are focused on investing in technology that not only improves the business but also makes life easier for their people.
Your Role
In this role, you will take ownership of the vendor marketing product suite. This is a fantastic hybrid role that blends classic product management (strategy, roadmaps, P&L) with hands‑on product marketing (sales enablement) and ad‑tech operations.
Benefits
Your Fit
You are commercially sharp and highly data‑literate. You’re not just a strategist; you’re happy getting your hands dirty. You must have a strong, hands‑on background in digital advertising (Meta / Google Ads) and ideally come from an ad‑tech, martech, or product marketing background.
Most importantly, you know how to enable a sales network. You can create a playbook and run a training session that gets people excited and drives adoption. Experience in real estate or a franchise model would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
