You will be part of a friendly, experienced, diverse team who love what they do.The key accountabilities in this role will be : To oversee and manage all Freight operations based in the Hamilton RegionTo lead in the Health and Safety space, to ensure the safety of all of our people and those we engage with around the countryGet close to your customers, understand their needs and exceed their expectationsContribute to the company objectives for the business unit by implementing operational directives and achieving targetsDrive continual improvement and best practice in the regionGrow the MOVe Freight operations through Business Development and sales strategyEnsure the effective control of the assets and the development of human resources to ensure continued profitability and growth of the companyThe successful applicant will : Bring your "A" Game every day, you know what great looks like and you win through your teamUnderstand our industry, you get what drives our people and you are prepared to get involved and lead from the frontHave a record that shows you've led teams to be successful, developed a winning culture and you put your team and customer firstYou will need to be a people person who is able to lead and coach a diverse range of employees.
