About the opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our Community Services team.

Working closely with clients and their whanau, you will assist occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and social workers to deliver interventions and rehabilitation plans for patients.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and energetic individuals who enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, thrive in a team environment, and are keen to develop new skills.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will :

• be a supportive team player who is open to learning
• demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a positive attitude
• follow instructions while also using initiative and common sense
• be physically fit and comfortable with the physical aspects of the role
• be confident using computers and digital systems
• hold a full driver's licence
• be able to work weekends as the service runs seven days per week.
