Programme Coordinator!

Join our Kelly Group NZ team as a part-time Programme Coordinator based in Rotorua. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality programmes for children in an outside school hours care environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the before-care (7am-8 : 15am), after-care (2 : 30pm-6pm) and holiday (7am - 6pm rostered hours) programme at Westbrook School
• Liaise with parents, school staff and head office to ensure the programme meets the needs of all children
• Complete out of programme organisational tasks weekly (additional 8.5 hours a week)
• Develop your leadership skills while supervising and supporting a team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
