- This is a Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm position, based at our Rotorua office.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will match applicants to suitable housing and maintain tenancies, ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.You will manage documentation, monitor payments, and oversee timely, cost-effective repairs to help tenants live in safe, healthy homes.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates with Tenancy Management expertise and a Level 4 Property Management qualification.At least two years’ experience in property management or administrationStrong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986Excellent communication and relationship‑building skillsAbility to work collaboratively across services and teams to support our most vulnerable in the community in a tenancy setting.Great attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and systemsKnowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.New Zealand driver’s licence.
Education
New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management or a recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you will commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with LinkPeople. Significant support is provided for Tenancy Managers to complete this study.
