Your Impact

Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager – Manufacturing and based in Auckland, you will play a key role in supporting the performance of our manufacturing and supply chain operations through robust financial insight, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with operational and finance teams to provide strategic support, drive transformation initiatives, and enable informed decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

More specifically, you will :

  • Lead the development and management of transformation scorecards and cost savings trackers.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic and investment decisions.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly manufacturing cost (COGS) reporting packs, with detailed variance analysis.
  • Support capital works reporting and reviews, including CAPEX submissions, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate production cost reporting and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial and operational processes.

What You Will Bring

To be successful, you will bring a strong background in manufacturing finance or cost accounting within a supply chain environment — this is essential for the role.

You will also have :

  • Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance within FMCG, dairy, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • The ability to partner effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
  • High commercial acumen with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced systems capability (Oracle or similar ERP / EPM systems).
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance and a professional qualification (CA, CPA, or CIMA).
